Is clean and in the good location, you can walk to the station easily in the morning if you need to go to Kamikochi. Breakfast is also very good.

The hotel is modern and cosy. It is perfectly located between the main railway station and the castle. Plus, it is surrounded by so many good restaurants. The staff are nice and helpful and they offer noodles to guests at 9pm, much appreciated

The location is very close to train station and walking distance to several points of interests in Matsumoto. Breakfast is great, plenty of choice.

Communication with the hotel was great. We got our bags delivered to the hotel prior to arriving and everything happened smoothly.

Great location, in the evening you can get a free snack at the restaurant. 5 minutes away from Matsumoto Brewery, worth a visit.

Fantastic Staff, always helpful. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Complimentary ramen and ice cream at night was a nice touch. Convenient location.
